Relax your whole body
just like to hang
clothes on a coat hanger
Sit in cross-legged
position
with your back straight,
shoulders horizontal
Focus your mind on
the breaths
just like borrowing
something from afar
Breathing in and out
Breathing deep and
low
Focus your mind on
the quiet between
“Pranasati”
When the breaths
almost vanish
your mind and body
become still and pure
Thoughts cease to
exist
Time disappears
Only the wandering
dust
attaches to the
breaths
See that all things
are dependent arising and non-self
See that the five
aggregates are emptiness
Thereafter you can
leisurely
enter the
marketplace.
